Parks & Horticulture Authority, Multan is an Authority working under Housing Urban Development & Public Health Engineering Department. It was established as an Agency under Multan Development Authority in February 2010 and was further established as an Authority on 4th August 2014 and operates under the PHA Act 2012. The department succeeded its functions from MDA (Horticulture Wing) and CDGM (Parks & Gardens Wing & Advertisement) PHA Multan works for the development & maintenance of green areas, parks and green belts in Multan City. The department arranges various cultural events like Jashnay Baharan and also looks after and regulates all the outdoor advertisement e.g. Billboards, shop signs, streamers etc. in Multan City.
